Steve was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Business in 1985 and earned a B.S. in Marketing. After graduating, he promptly accepted a job with Champion Enterprises and traveled the Southeast as a factory representative dealing in recreational vehicles and modular homes.
In 1988, Steve’s financial advisor suggested that he consider pursuing a career in the investment industry. That year, he was hired as an Account Executive trainee by Morgan Stanley and was promoted through the years, ultimately named Senior Vice President/Investments in 1997. Steve joined Stifel in 2019 and was named to Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list in 2019 and 2022.
Although he has access to and recommends a variety of investments for his clients, Stephen’s primary focus is developing retirement planning strategies, including retirement plan distribution strategies and retirement plan strategies for small businesses. He has conducted seminars and retirement workshops for the employees of some nationally recognized companies, as well as many banks, credit unions, civic organizations, and clubs. He holds Series 7, 8, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Steve is an active member of Celebration Baptist Church. He is married to his wife, Barbara Huggins, and has two boys, Cameron Blair and Jeremy Daniel (J.D.) who are integral members of the team.

Linda has been in the investment industry for nearly 30 years and joined Stifel in 2019 as a First Vice President/Investments. Most recently, she served as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley for nearly 15 years. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she worked at SunTrust Securities, the brokerage of SunTrust Bank, in Tallahassee, Florida. Prior to moving to Tallahassee, Linda worked for A.G. Edwards in Hannibal, Missouri. She holds Series 7, 26, 63, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Although Linda covers a variety of investments for her clients, her primary focus is developing retirement planning strategies, including retirement plan distribution guidance, and small business retirement plans.
Linda and her husband, Henry, have been residents of Tallahassee for nearly 20 years. They are very proud of their daughter, Shannon, who has given them two grandchildren, Alex and Savannah. Linda and Henry are members of Faith Presbyterian Church and are involved with several nonprofit organizations in Tallahassee.

Blair was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, where he went to North Florida Christian School. He attended Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, on an athletic and academic scholarship. Blair earned a B.S. in Finance/Economics from the Gardner-Webb Godbold School of Business while playing four years of Division-1 baseball. He interned with Morgan Stanley for two summers before becoming a Financial Advisor Associate with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In 2019, The Huggins Winders Group joined Stifel to continue their commitment to serving clients at the highest level possible. Blair holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
